Flights, stays and cruises

The range runs from flights on scheduled routes and from carriers with a simpler service model to hotels, apartments and bed and breakfast stays. Cruises, particularly in the Mediterranean, sit alongside holiday packages that bring several elements together for a single trip. Those packages work well for travelers who prefer arrangements made in advance rather than put together piece by piece. Searches cover destinations around the world, so the same service can plan a short city stay or a longer seaside holiday.

Business model

The business works as an online travel agency, selling trips made up of transport and accommodation rather than running airlines or hotels itself. Its wording stresses broad travel choice, bringing together flights, lodging and cruises under one name. Travel specialists also offer ideas for destinations, both well known and less familiar, which gives the brand an editorial side alongside its bookings.

Place in the Italian market

Volagratis speaks to Italian speaking travelers who want an online place to organize a holiday in one step. Its main promise is a single entry point for flights, accommodation and cruises. Keeping several options in one service lets a traveler weigh air and land arrangements together, which can simplify planning for trips that mix transport and stays. The brand also offers inspiration for new places to visit.
