Flights and pre-flight planning

The airline sells seats on domestic and international routes, and travelers can plan much of the trip before they reach the airport. Seats, meals and extra baggage can be chosen during the booking, so the traveler sets the journey in the order they prefer. Passengers who travel with children who fly alone can also arrange a dedicated service for unaccompanied minors. Check-in is done online, which keeps the airport step shorter for those who prepare early.

Airline character

The airline's aircraft carry designs inspired by the culture of India, with tail artwork that reflects the country's varied traditions. Its marketing also stresses playful ideas from Indian life, including a sound-based experience built on the rhythms of classical music and a light-hearted look at everyday English as spoken in India. This creative approach gives the brand a recognisable personality among travelers who fly with it.

Who will find this airline useful

This airline is not designed for anyone wanting a complete holiday package, because it sells flights and the extras that go with them rather than hotels or tours. Travelers who want to book a seat, add a few travel choices and manage check-in in one place will find the process direct. Larger groups can also arrange travel for many guests in one booking, which is useful when a family or a team flies together.
