Fees and cancellation

Fee terms matter when flight prices look close across sites, and Cheapvuelos lays out its approach in plain terms. Service fees run Service fee $0 to $50 per ticket per ticket, so the amount added at checkout depends on the booking and remains visible alongside the fare. Travelers comparing flight options should add this fee to the fare when weighing totals, since service charges change the appeal of a low fare on longer itineraries or multi traveler bookings. Cancellation terms are strict. Tickets are described as 100% non-refundable tickets, which means changed plans, missed departures, or schedule shifts do not lead to a refund through this brand. That structure suits travelers with fixed dates and firm plans who accept that flexibility comes with trade offs. For trips where dates might shift, or where family or work commitments remain uncertain, this policy calls for extra care before payment. Together, these terms place emphasis on checking totals and travel dates before confirming. Review the service fee shown for the selected ticket, confirm that 100% non-refundable tickets aligns with comfort around risk, and keep alternative plans in mind if flexibility matters. During checkout, confirm passenger details, travel dates, and baggage needs before paying, since Service fees run Service fee $0 to $50 per ticket per ticket and Tickets are described as 100% non-refundable tickets. Clear fee disclosure paired with strict refund terms helps travelers decide if price focus outweighs the desire for change options, especially on trips with firm schedules and settled plans.

How Cheapvuelos compares

Frequently asked questions

What does Cheapvuelos sell?+

Cheapvuelos covers flights and does not list stays, transfers, or packages in its catalog. That focus helps when the trip centers on air bookings alone. For hotels, parking, or bundled travel, consider Holiday Extras, which lists parking, hotels and lounges for wider planning.

What service fees apply to flight bookings?+

Service fees run Service fee $0 to $50 per ticket per ticket, so the added amount depends on the selected booking. Always review the fee line alongside the fare at checkout. Adding fee plus fare gives a clearer view of total cost before payment.

Can tickets be cancelled for a refund?+

Tickets are described as 100% non-refundable tickets, which means refunds are not available after purchase through this brand. That policy applies even when plans shift unexpectedly. Travelers with uncertain dates should confirm schedules carefully and weigh flexibility needs before paying.

How can travelers contact support?+

Support is available through email, chat and phone, giving options for email messages, live chat, and phone calls. That mix helps with booking questions across different contact styles. Check the help pages for hours and response details before reaching out.

Does Cheapvuelos sell hotels or airport extras?+

Cheapvuelos covers flights only, so it does not handle hotel nights, airport parking, or lounge access. Travelers wanting those extras in the same checkout should look elsewhere. Holiday Extras lists parking, hotels and lounges, which suits bundled airport and stay planning.

Does Cheapvuelos sell transfers or tours?+

Cheapvuelos covers flights only, so airport transfers and local tours are outside its catalog. Travelers needing ground transport after landing should plan separately. CarmelLimo lists transfers and tours, while DolphinUnion lists tours and transfers for tour and transfer needs.

How should travelers compare final flight costs?+

Service fees run Service fee $0 to $50 per ticket per ticket, and tickets are described as 100% non-refundable tickets, so both cost and flexibility deserve review. Compare the fare plus fee across options, then confirm dates align with firm plans. This approach helps avoid surprises after payment is complete.
