Frequently asked questions
What does Undercover Tourist sell?+
Undercover Tourist lists tours and keeps the catalog centered on that trip piece, which suits travelers who already arranged travel and lodging elsewhere. Broader carts seen in flights, car rental and transfers add flights, stays, car rental and cruise, so use those when the plan needs added transport or lodging.
How are taxes and fees handled at checkout?+
Totals reflect Taxes and fees included in total, so the price shown at checkout reflects required charges rather than a pre tax figure. That approach eases side by side checks across tour options in tours. Travelers comparing against flights, car rental and transfers should still review cancellation terms separately.
Can travelers book through a mobile app?+
Mobile app availability is yes, which allows browsing and booking away from desktop during travel days. App access pairs with the tours catalog for tour tickets on the move. Travelers who prefer desktop planning can still use the main site without losing the included fee totals tied to Taxes and fees included in total.
Which company operates the service?+
The operating company is listed as InsiderGuide.com, LC, the entity named for the service. That detail matters for receipts, terms and support contacts tied to tours. Travelers who track operator details should save order mail and booking references with trip papers.
Who gets the most value from this focus?+
It fits travelers whose flights and lodging are already set and who now need tours to fill the itinerary. The 100% tie in tour rankings reflects that narrow focus. Travelers wanting bundled transport plus lodging will find flights, hotels and tours closer to the need.
Which alternative fits a broader trip plan?+
Duinrell lists hotels, campsites and tours, which pairs lodging with tours for residence style breaks. Booking.com covers flights, car rental and transfers for wider carts with stays, flights and cruise. Emirates adds flights, hotels and tours for flight led trips, and 3 linked options help weigh those paths.
