Our verdict
Tower Park Prague suits families planning a Prague stay who want hotels, tours and parking in one place. Its range covers three bookable products, and support runs on four channels, though tickets are non-refundable once bought. Reach for a wider operator if you need flights.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Bookings stay on one platform: the range covers tours, hotels and parking under tours, hotels and parking.
- Help is easy to reach, with support running on email, chat and phone rather than one route.
- Tower Park Prague is a Czech registered company, with the legal entity named as Oreathea s.r.o. in Czechia.
- Three products is a shorter list to learn than Emirates, whose range spans flights, hotels and tours.
Cons
- Tickets are sold as Non-refundable tickets, so a change of plan cannot be refunded.
- The range is tours, hotels and parking only, so flights and rail tickets sit outside what you can book here.
- Emirates covers flights, hotels and tours in one place, so a trip needing air travel and a stay is easier to arrange there.
- Čedok lists flights, packages and tours, which covers more of a whole trip than a local city site.

Who it suits
- Families visiting Prague who want a hotel, a tour and parking booked together.
- Travellers who would rather email, chat or call than search a help centre alone.
- Anyone who plans a short city break and needs nothing beyond one destination.
Who should look elsewhere
- Anyone needing flights, since the range is tours, hotels and parking and Emirates includes flights, hotels and tours.
- Travellers whose plans may change, because tickets are sold as Non-refundable tickets.
- People booking a multi-country trip who want a single operator, where Intrepid Travel lists packages, tours and cruise.
The company behind it
Tower Park Prague runs as Oreathea s.r.o., registered in Czechia, so the party you deal with is a Czech company rather than a marketplace of resellers. That matters when a booking goes sideways: you know which legal entity stands behind the ticket. Help is offered on email, chat and phone. Four routes mean a question about a hotel, a tour or a parking space can go to a person by phone, by live chat, by email or through the help centre, whichever suits the moment. A family booking a room for relatives and a tour for their own group has several places to start. The trade-off is scale. A local operator with a short product list can answer about its own inventory in detail. A larger global site carries many more lines, and the same question may route to a different team.
How Tower Park Prague compares
Frequently asked questions
What can I book on Tower Park Prague?+
The bookable range is tours, hotels and parking. A family can arrange a hotel, a tour and parking without moving to separate sites. Anything outside that list, such as air travel or rail, has to be arranged elsewhere.
Who am I actually booking with?+
The operator is Oreathea s.r.o., a company registered in Czechia. Terms and conditions sit under that legal entity rather than a selling brand, which is worth reading before a large family booking.
Can I get help before I book?+
Support runs on email, chat and phone, so you can reach the team by email, chat or phone, or browse the help centre. Phone and chat suit quick questions, while email leaves a written record of what was agreed.
Can I change or cancel a ticket?+
Tickets are sold as Non-refundable tickets. Once paid, a ticket cannot be refunded, so dates and party sizes need to be right at checkout rather than adjustable later.
Is this a good choice for a whole trip with flights?+
Not for the flight itself, because the range is tours, hotels and parking. Emirates covers flights, hotels and tours, so a traveller who needs air travel, a hotel and a tour together has more in one place there.
Does it suit more than a short city break?+
It suits trips centred on one destination, since the products are tours, hotels and parking. Travellers moving between countries are better served by an operator whose range includes rail and packages, such as Intrepid Travel with packages, tours and cruise.
How do I reach the team if something goes wrong with a booking?+
The channels are email, chat and phone, which include phone and chat for urgent questions during a trip. A family with a parking booking and a hotel on the same trip can raise both in one conversation.
Is Tower Park Prague cheaper than a large travel site?+
Prices are not listed for comparison, so the practical difference is product range. A site with flights, hotels and tours may price flights and hotels together, while a three-product local range concentrates on the stay, the tour and the car park.
