One request, several taxi offers

A single request sets out the planned ride, and that request reaches a network of taxi firms. Each company that chooses to reply sends an offer within the deadline the traveler set. New offers arrive by email, and the traveler can view them together in one place. This approach works well for people who know their route and time before they travel, since the ride can be arranged well ahead of the journey. Every reply arrives before the deadline the traveler chooses, so the decision can be made calmly.

A network that covers the country

The taxi network spans the whole of Finland, so a traveler can request rides in cities, small towns and rural areas alike. The service acts as a meeting point between travelers and local taxi operators, while the firms themselves carry out the rides. The network keeps growing as more operators join, adding coverage in every region. This setup gives travelers a single place to arrange transport across a wide area. Clear choices make the decision simpler for busy travelers. The service sits at the centre of the arrangement and lets travelers reach many operators through a single request.

Feedback and choice after the ride

After a ride, travelers can accept or turn down the offers they received and leave feedback on the journey that took place. That feedback helps the network keep a clear picture of how each trip went. Because the choice stays with the traveler, every offer can be weighed against the planned route, the timing and any vehicle needs before confirming. The arrangement keeps the final decision in the hands of the person who will take the ride. Travelers keep the final say, so nothing is booked without their agreement.
