Catered chalets in the mountains

Guests rent a private chalet and have the meals handled on site, so the stay feels like a hotel without leaving the mountain. Breakfast is laid out each morning, snacks are ready after a day on the slopes and a three course dinner is cooked in the chalet. Vegetarian, gluten free and allergy friendly options are available, and children can have their own menus or favourite dishes. Chalet staff are Dutch speaking, and towels, linen, housekeeping and a final clean are part of the package. Help with ski hire, ski lessons and lift passes can also be arranged.

Family and group focus

Families, groups of friends and couples who want privacy with hotel style care make up a typical guest group. The chalet approach blends a home feeling with the convenience of service, so there is no need to cook or plan dinner after a long day outside. Travel writers have praised the relaxed formula, noting how the stay can be about doing almost nothing except enjoying the mountains. The organiser is a Dutch travel company that has run catered winter stays for many years, offering a practical alternative to self catering.
