An online hotel booking service

The business works as an online hotel booking service and calls itself a travel concierge for people planning a stay. Its selection covers a broad range of accommodation, from central city hotels to resort properties with spas and seafront locations. The range includes historic inns, business hotels and landmark properties across many regions, which gives the offer a wide and international reach. The approach is built around choice, with many properties gathered in one place so that travelers can weigh their options before they book.

Where it fits in a trip

The service is most useful at the stage of a journey when the main question is where to sleep. Its focus stays on lodging in towns and cities, from business hotels near airports to landmark hotels in old quarters. Travelers who have already chosen a destination can look across a wide mix of properties and weigh them side by side. Because the offer is built around accommodation, it is less useful for people who need help with flights, rail journeys or organised tours.

How Planet of Hotels compares

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of places does the service offer?+

The offer centers on hotels, with a mix of city center properties, airport hotels and resorts with spas. Several properties sit in historic buildings, while others are modern towers close to business districts. Guests will find properties across Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa, which gives the range a truly international reach.

Is the service only for stays in large cities?+

The range leans toward cities, yet it also covers coastal resorts and quieter towns. Properties in capitals sit alongside seaside retreats, so holidaymakers and business travelers can both find a match. The mix means a stay in a busy center and a beach break can both come from the same place.

Why would someone use an online travel concierge for a hotel stay?+

The appeal is breadth. Rather than opening a separate route for every hotel, travelers can look across a wide selection in one place. That convenience helps when a trip covers several cities and each stop needs its own room, and it gives a clear starting point for planning the whole stay.

Which properties sit close to airports?+

Several properties sit close to airports, and one hotel in Tokyo is directly connected to a terminal building. Business hotels near airports are part of the range as well. Travelers with an early departure can look for a room close to the flight they need.
