Questions about each
Visible
How much does Visible cost?+
The US home plan starts at $25 a month and carries unlimited data, 5G and hotspot sharing. Global Pass is added separately as a daily charge, and roaming data is priced from $5 per GB. A minimum monthly service charge applies while a pass sits on the account.
How much roaming data do I get?+
Global Pass includes a small daily high-speed data allowance with unlimited talk and text, and hotspot sharing is included. The same daily cap applies when roaming in Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Speeds drop to a slower tier once the daily allowance is used up, and roaming data is priced from $5 per GB.
Which countries does the roaming pass cover?+
Global Pass reaches 140 countries, so one add-on can carry a trip across several borders. Service abroad runs on the Verizon network, the same one used for the US plan. Days are added as you travel, so a longer itinerary can be built in stages.
Is the data really unlimited?+
Unlimited data is included on the US home plan, which starts at $25 a month, but fair-use limits still apply. Hotspot data is speed-capped, with the lowest cap on the entry plan, and the roaming pass allows only a daily high-speed allowance before speeds fall back. A minimum monthly service charge also applies once a pass is added.
