Pros and cons

Pros

  • One seller for hotels, packages and tours, per hotels, packages and tours, so a whole trip can be arranged in a single place.
  • Support runs on email, phone and help centre, so a phone call or a written answer is there when a booking changes.
  • There is a mobile app, which suits planning and adjusting a trip away from a desk.

Cons

  • Coverage is limited to hotels, packages and tours, with no flights, rail or transfers listed alongside the stays and tours.
  • Support runs on email, phone and help centre only, so there is no live chat for a quick answer in the moment.
  • The return terms on record cover delivery, per Return within 7 days of delivery, so a booked hotel or tour falls outside that window.

Frequently asked questions

What does Hmizate.ma sell?+

Hmizate.ma sells hotels, packages and tours. In practice that means a place to stay, a bundled trip or things to do, booked through the same seller, with a mobile app available for handling a booking away from a laptop.

Where is Hmizate.ma based and how long has it run?+

The company is based in Morocco and was founded in 2011, according to its app listing. That matters if you want a seller with a track record rather than a new name on the market, and it tells you which market to expect its service standards to be tuned for.

How do I get help from support?+

Support runs on email, phone and help centre. That means a phone call for anything urgent, email when you want a written trail, and a help centre for questions you can look up yourself. No live chat window is listed, so an answer in the moment may have to wait for a call or an email.

Can I cancel or return a booking?+

The return terms on record cover goods delivery, with Return within 7 days of delivery. Check the terms attached to the hotel, package or tour you are buying, since a delivery return window does not describe how a booked trip is cancelled or amended.

Can I book from a phone?+

There is a mobile app, listed in both the app store and the Google Play listing for the company. That makes it possible to browse hotels, packages and tours and manage a booking on a phone, which suits travellers fitting a trip plan around travel days.

Who is Hmizate.ma for?+

It suits travellers who want a stay, a package and things to do arranged in one place rather than across several sellers. The range is hotels, packages and tours, and the phone and email support on email, phone and help centre helps when a plan shifts mid-trip.

How does it compare with MoMo, WayAway or 12Go?+

Hmizate.ma stays within hotels, packages and tours. MoMo reaches further into transport with flights, rail and bus, WayAway with flights, rail and bus, and 12Go with flights, rail and bus, so the pick depends on whether you need a stay and tours or the journey to reach them.
