goArid review

goArid charges 0 booking fees, so the figure quoted for a car is the figure paid at checkout. That keeps comparison shopping simple, since nothing is added later. Latam Travellers makes a similar fee claim with 0 hidden fees, no contracts.

Cancellation terms sit with the partner: Set by partner; no goArid cancellation fee. That means the policy attached to the rental you booked is the one that governs, and terms can differ between rental companies, so read the policy before you confirm rather than after.

The catalogue is car rental. That is the whole list, so a car is the only thing on offer here. Anyone who also wants a bus or an airport transfer will book those elsewhere, and most sites in the set carry more than one category.

There is no mobile app, so every booking runs through the website. Support is on email, chat and phone if you get stuck partway through a reservation, though a rebook from the road means a mobile browser rather than an app.

Support runs on email, chat and phone, which is a wider set than a single inbox. Phone is the channel that matters most for a car rental, where a delayed pickup costs real money, and chat alongside email gives a faster route for a same day problem.

The site is operated by Arid, LLC, founded 2023 and based in the United States. The named entity means contracts and invoices come from a registered company rather than a trading name, which is worth checking before a long rental.

Most of the set is broader. In the car rental ranking, 65.2% of sites also book flights and 46.1% handle transfers, while goArid lists car rental. The trade is a narrower choice against a fee line of 0 booking fees.
