Our verdict
Yas Senegal is a carrier from SN selling roaming add-ons rather than a standalone travel eSIM, which suits travellers heading to West Africa, the Gulf or Europe on a local subscription. Its roaming reaches from 105, but data is capped rather than unlimited, so heavy users may weigh other options.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Roaming reaches from 105 with both regional and global options (regional and global).
- Top-ups are available, so a longer trip does not have to start over.
- 5G is included, and the data runs on the carrier's own network.
- Support runs through phone, email and chat, covering live help and a self-serve help center.
Cons
- Unlimited data is not offered, so every bundle comes with a data cap.
- An entry price of XOF 1,000 applies even for a short single-country trip.
Who it suits
- Travellers on short or long trips (short trip and long trip) who want one operator's roaming across several regions
- People who want 5G and the option to top up data mid-trip
- Anyone already set up with a local carrier plan and happy to add roaming to it
Who should look elsewhere
- Zwitchy, if you need a wider map: it covers 200 countries
- eSIMGo.is, if you would rather see plans priced from $0.99 in another currency
- SimToIsrael, if a single country plan from $25 covers your whole trip
Coverage and networks
Roaming from Yas Senegal reaches from 105 and mixes regional with global options (regional and global). Set packages are grouped by area, with France and Italy, Mali, Cote d'Ivoire, Togo, Benin, Mauritania, Morocco, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the Gambia all named. 5G is part of the offer, and the data runs on the carrier's own network.
Who runs it
Yas Senegal is a carrier based in Senegal, so the roaming add-ons come from the same operator as its local mobile service rather than from a separate travel eSIM seller. Support runs through phone, email and chat, giving you live help and a self-serve help center if a bundle runs out mid-trip.

Frequently asked questions
How much do Yas Senegal roaming bundles cost?+
Bundles start at XOF 1,000. The set packages are grouped by area: a Europe package that mixes voice minutes with data, a data-only pass for the Gambia, a regional package for Mali, Cote d'Ivoire, Togo and Benin, and bundles for Mauritania, Morocco, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Elsewhere, data is charged by the unit.
Is the data unlimited?+
Unlimited data is not offered, so every bundle stops once its set allowance is used. Regional packages carry a few gigabytes of data, and a lighter Europe option pairs data with voice minutes. If you run short mid-trip, a top-up is available to add more.
How long does each package last?+
The listed packages run for a month of validity from activation, and the allowance inside them holds for that window. Regional and global options are both offered (regional and global), so you can match the package to a single trip or a longer stay rather than paying by the day.
Which countries does the roaming cover?+
Coverage reaches from 105 countries and mixes regional with global options (regional and global). Named packages include France and Italy, Mali, Cote d'Ivoire, Togo, Benin, Mauritania, Morocco, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the Gambia, so most trips land in a listed group.
Does the roaming include 5G?+
5G is included. Because the plans are sold as carrier add-ons (carrier), the data comes from the operator's own network rather than a partner network bought through a marketplace. That is the clearest difference from a travel eSIM sold by a reseller.
How do I get help if a bundle runs out?+
Support runs through phone, email and chat, so you have both live assistance and a self-serve help center. Because the same operator issues the roaming as its local service, billing and data questions go to one place. Top-ups let you add data without a new package.
How does this compare with other travel data brands?+
It depends on currency and destination. Yas Senegal bundles start at XOF 1,000 on a local carrier plan, while eSIMGo.is lists plans from $0.99 and SimToIsrael from $25. Compare the country groups your trip actually needs, not just the entry price.
