Pros and cons
Pros
- The global eSIM covers 166 countries, well above the site median of 74.
- Unlimited data, 5G and hotspot sharing all sit on the US plan, with top-ups available.
- Support runs on email, chat and phone, so email, chat and phone are all covered.
- Regional eSIMs for Europe, the UK, Japan, Thailand, Turkey and Mexico keep entry costs low, with Japan at INR 289.
Cons
- The fair use policy allows refunds to be declined for repeated misuse of refund requests, so that clause is worth reading before you lean on an unlimited allowance.
- Regional eSIMs for the US, Europe, the UK, Japan, Thailand, Turkey and Mexico cover far fewer countries than the 166 reached by the global plan.
- Entry price ranks TSIM 76 out of 313 brands, so it is rarely the cheapest way to open an account.

Frequently asked questions
What does a TSIM eSIM cost?+
Prices run by destination. Plans start at INR 289 for Japan, the Europe eSIM is listed at INR 989, and the larger Japan package at INR 889. For a yardstick, the typical starting price across the brands on the site sits at €5.
How many countries does a TSIM eSIM cover?+
The global eSIM reaches 166 countries, against a site median of 74 across the brands listed. Single-country and regional eSIMs cover much less, so a route across several countries is the case for the global plan.
Is the data really unlimited?+
On the US plan, unlimited data is listed alongside 5G and hotspot sharing. The fair use policy also allows refunds to be declined for repeated misuse of refund requests, so that clause is worth reading before you lean hard on the unlimited allowance.
Can I share data and top up?+
Hotspot sharing is available, and top-ups are offered on the same US plan, so a heavy month can be extended without buying a larger package from the start. The plan itself runs on T-Mobile and AT&T.
Which networks does TSIM use?+
The US plan names T-Mobile and AT&T as its networks, with 5G listed for the same product. TSIM sells as an MVNO, so it resells network capacity rather than running a network of its own.
How do I reach TSIM support?+
Support runs on email, chat and phone, so email, chat and phone are all open routes to the team. The operator is TSIM Communication Services Pvt. Ltd., based in India and trading since 2012, which is a useful check when you compare similarly named sellers.
Where does TSIM sit against rival eSIMs?+
On countries covered TSIM ranks 73 out of 303 brands, and on starting price 76 out of 313. The site gives it 7.8 overall, with 8.1 on cost and 7.5 on offer.
