Where it works
Truely sells globally, reaching from 190 countries. In the US, plans draw on T Mobile, US Cellular and Verizon Wireless, and next generation mobile data is available on those destinations rather than being held back to older networks. That spread suits a multi country itinerary, where a single plan can cover several stops instead of buying a separate eSIM at each border.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a Truely eSIM cost?+
Plans start at $2.09. The reference day rates vary a lot by destination, with Mexico the priciest of the listed countries and Thailand the cheapest, and Europe and the UK sitting near the low end. That start price is below the €5 median across the site.
Is the data really unlimited?+
Unlimited data is included, and the fair use policy is what shapes it day to day. Speeds drop to a slow tier once a daily allowance is used, then reset the next day, so the limit sits on speed rather than on total data. Long streaming or tethering sessions are where that shows.
How many countries can I use it in?+
Coverage runs to from 190 countries, well above the 74 median for esims on the site. The service is sold globally, so a multi stop itinerary can run on a single eSIM rather than a new one at every border crossing.
Which networks does Truely use in the US?+
In the United States, plans draw on T Mobile, US Cellular and Verizon Wireless, and next generation mobile data is available on the same destinations. Elsewhere the host network depends on the country you pick, since Truely operates as a marketplace rather than a single carrier.
Can I hotspot and share the connection?+
Hotspot sharing is supported, and unlimited data comes as part of the plan rather than as a fixed gigabyte bundle. unlimited data, 5g and hotspot also lists instant activation. Because the fair use policy slows speeds after a daily allowance, sharing suits navigation and light work rather than heavy downloads.
What help do I get if something goes wrong?+
Support runs on email, chat and help centre, so questions can go through live chat, email or the help centre. Top-ups are also available, which helps if a trip runs longer than planned. That list holds no phone line, so chat is the quickest route.
Who runs Truely?+
Truely is operated by Truely Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore. Plans are sold through a marketplace, so the host network can differ between destinations rather than staying with one named carrier. Support and the published terms come from the same company.
Is Truely aimed at short trips or long stays?+
Truely lists short trip and long trip as its audiences, so both are in scope. Unlimited data fits a long stay where a fixed gigabyte bundle would run out, and the fair use policy resets each day rather than counting a whole trip's usage. Top-ups are available for trips that stretch on.
