Our verdict
Telekom Slovenije suits travelers who want a home carrier's roaming bundle rather than a travel eSIM, with regional packages covering 45 countries and a low €0.70 rate. The trade-off is scope: regional reach sits below the 74 country median, and the offer rests on a single carrier network.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Price per GB from €0.70 ranks high at 23 of 115

- Support covers email, phone and help centre and top-ups are available
Cons
- regional coverage of 45 countries trails the 74 country median

Frequently asked questions
How much does Telekom Slovenije's roaming data cost?+
In the US, UK and Switzerland a data bundle is priced at €12, while regional packages start at €4.99. At €0.70 per unit of data, the brand sits at 23 of 115 on this measure, below the €1.50 unit median across the site.
Which countries does the roaming bundle cover?+
Regional packages reach 45 countries, and named examples in the reference pricing are Japan, Thailand, Turkey and Mexico. That is a narrower list than the 74 country median, so travelers going elsewhere should look wider.
Is unlimited data offered?+
Yes. Unlimited data is listed among unlimited data, 5g and instant activation, and 5G is supported. A fair use rule limits the package sold for the US, UK and Switzerland: the included high speed allowance runs out and speeds fall back to a much lower level, so heavy streaming is worth planning around.
Which networks will my phone use?+
The plans run on Telekom Slovenije, T Mobile USA and Swisscom. That gives access to well known hosts in the US, the UK and Switzerland, and 5G is supported. Activation is instant, because each bundle is sold as a carrier plan rather than a standalone travel eSIM.
Who is this roaming offer for?+
It is a carrier offer, so it fits existing Telekom Slovenije customers who want roaming added to a plan they already hold. Packages are sold for both short trip and long trip, and top-ups are available, which helps on a longer stay.
How do I get support?+
Support runs on email, phone and help centre, so help is available by phone, by email and through the help centre during a trip. The legal entity behind the offer is Telekom Slovenije, d.d., a carrier headquartered in Slovenia and founded in 1995. Top-ups are available for a longer stay.
How does it compare with a global travel eSIM?+
A global provider such as Zwitchy covers 200 countries, well beyond this regional bundle, while eSIMGo.is starts at $0.99. This one wins on running inside an existing carrier bill rather than on reach or entry price.
