Tele2 Latvia review

Entry pricing is €4.99, just under the site median of €5 across the listings compared. It is sold as a carrier plan on the Tele2 network, so the cost sits in a carrier tariff rather than a marketplace pass.

Coverage runs across 42 to 111 countries, and the listed markets include the US, the UK, Japan, Thailand, Turkey and Mexico. That is a smaller list than Zwitchy at 200 countries, so a trip across several continents needs more than one plan.

Unlimited data is not offered. Every plan works on a set data allowance, and the allowance is set per country through reference plan prices, with entry pricing at €4.99. Coverage of 42 to 111 countries means what you can use depends on the market you pick.

No, reference plan prices are set per country. Thailand, Turkey and Mexico sit at the cheaper end, while the US, UK and Japan cost more for the same style of data package. Packs are listed per market rather than as one global option, with entry pricing at €4.99.

The fair use policy treats EEA roaming as a short-visit service rather than a way to settle abroad, and the plan targets short trip travel. Data spend outside the EEA also meets a default cap, so a longer stay runs into both limits.

Top-ups are available, so a plan can be topped up during the trip. The amount follows the same per-country reference plan prices, with entry pricing at €4.99. If a top-up or a roaming question comes up, support runs through email, phone and help centre.

Support runs through email, phone and help centre, so phone, email, a help center and a community are all available. Questions on fair use rules, roaming caps or a specific country pack can be raised by phone or in the help center before you buy.

The data runs on the Tele2 network, with SIA Tele2 as the carrier and a home base in Latvia. Its published features are listed as 5g and carrier plan, so newer radio generations are part of the offer rather than an add-on.
