Pros and cons
Pros
- Network choice is the strongest draw: Cellcom, Partner and Pelephone covers the main Israeli carriers, so you pick the network that suits where you are staying.
- 5G, hotspot sharing and instant activation all appear on the 5g, hotspot and instant activation list, so a laptop and a phone can share one line.
- Top-ups are available, so a longer stay does not mean buying a second plan.
- Delivery is free worldwide, with office pickup in the US, Canada, UK and Israel plus hotel and Ben Gurion Airport courier delivery in Israel.
Cons
- Coverage is 1 country, Israel, so the SIM is of no use once you fly home.
- Unlimited data is not offered, so heavy streaming or a shared hotspot can outrun the allowance.
- The $29 entry price sits above eSIMGo.is at $0.99, so the cheapest Israel deal is elsewhere.
Who it suits
- Travellers spending the whole trip in Israel who want a local eSIM rather than a global one.
- People who prefer a set data allowance with top-ups over an unlimited plan.
- Anyone who wants the SIM delivered to a hotel or airport office instead of queueing on arrival.
Who should look elsewhere
- Travellers crossing several countries on one trip, since Zwitchy covers 200 countries.
- Price-first buyers, because eSIMGo.is starts at $0.99.
Where it sits among rivals
On countries covered this site ranks 257 of 303, which reflects a focus on Israel rather than multi-country coverage. On price from it sits at 300 of 313, so the entry cost lands at the dearer end of the field. A local focus, a wide network choice and delivery are what you pay for.
Who runs it
The company is headquartered in the US and has been selling connectivity since 2011. Support runs on phone, chat and email, so you can reach someone by phone, chat or email, or work through the help centre at your own pace. That mix suits a traveller who wants help sorted before arriving or on the first morning in Israel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an Israel eSIM cost here?+
Plans start at $29 and the listed daily rate is $29. The entry plan carries 3GB of data, plus 5G, hotspot sharing and instant activation. If you use more than that, top-ups are available rather than a second plan.
Is the data unlimited?+
Unlimited data is not one of the plan features, so you work within a set allowance. The entry plan carries 3GB, and top-ups can extend a longer stay. Heavy streaming or tethering a laptop for a whole working day will eat through it quickly, so plan around that.
Which networks can the SIM use?+
You pick from Cellcom, Partner and Pelephone, which covers the main Israeli carriers, so it is worth matching the network to the area you are staying in. Network selection sits alongside 5G, hotspot sharing and instant activation on the 5g, hotspot and instant activation list.
Will the SIM work outside Israel?+
Coverage stands at 1 country, and the local scope marks this as an Israel-only product. It is built for a trip spent in Israel, not for an itinerary that crosses several borders. A wider global eSIM is the better fit for multi-country routes.
Does it include 5G and hotspot sharing?+
Both 5G and hotspot sharing are supported, and the feature list carries 5g, hotspot and instant activation. Hotspot sharing matters if you plan to run a laptop or share data with a travel companion. Instant activation means you are not standing in a shop queue on arrival day.
How do I get the eSIM when I land?+
Instant activation is on the 5g, hotspot and instant activation list, and shipping is free worldwide. There is office pickup in the US, Canada, UK and Israel, plus hotel and Ben Gurion Airport courier delivery in Israel. Courier delivery suits anyone who wants the SIM in hand at the hotel the same evening.
How do I reach support?+
Support runs on phone, chat and email, so phone, chat, email and a help centre are all open to you. A phone call is the quickest route for a traveller already in Israel with a line that has stopped working. The help centre is there for questions you can look up at your own pace.
How does the price compare with other Israel sellers?+
SimToIsrael lists from $25 and eSIMGo.is from $0.99, so the $29 entry price here sits above both. Zwitchy goes the other way and covers 200 countries. You pay more here for the local network choice and the delivery options.
