Our verdict
Noomi is a pocket WiFi rather than an eSIM, and it suits travelers who want a single shared device instead of profiles in each phone. Plans start at $9.99 with unlimited data across from 200, though a mailed device shapes the setup.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a Noomi device cost per day?+
Noomi charges per day, with the reference plan prices at $9.99 in France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Entry pricing starts at $9.99, so the day rate does not shift with the destination on those plans.
Is the data allowance really unlimited?+
The data allowance is Unlimited (local carrier Fair Use), and the fair use policy hands the cap to the local carrier. Peak-period throttling applies during busy hours, with high-speed access typically resetting the next day.
How many countries does Noomi cover?+
Coverage reaches from 200, listed in the global region, and the service runs on local carrier networks. 5G is available, so a single device can carry a trip across several of those markets.
Can I share the connection with my group?+
Yes. Hotspot sharing is supported, and 10 devices can connect at once, so phones, a laptop and a tablet share the same allowance. Unlimited data, 5G and hotspot sharing all appear in the feature list.
How do I receive and return the device?+
Pickup and delivery is shipping only, to US addresses, with no pickup point. The box includes a prepaid return label, so sending the device back is arranged before the trip ends.
How do I get help from Noomi?+
Support runs on email and help centre, which points to a help centre for self-serve answers and email for anything else. Phone lines and live chat sit outside that list, so expect written replies.
Is Noomi an eSIM or a physical device?+
Noomi posts a pocket WiFi device rather than a profile for your own phone, which is why delivery, a prepaid return label and connected-device limits shape the choice. Travelers who would rather use their handset may prefer an eSIM brand.
Who does Noomi suit?+
The listed audience is short trip and long trip, so it works for both short and long journeys. Unlimited data and 5G reward heavier use, while a group sharing a connection can split the day rate.
