Pros and cons
Pros
- Unlimited data and hotspot sharing are both part of the plan, so a laptop can share the same connection.
- Coverage of from 190 countries across a regional and global scope, one of the wider footprints in this category.
- Support runs on email, phone and chat, covering the routes travellers reach for when a plan needs help.
- Instant activation and top-ups mean a plan can be added or extended without visiting a store.
Cons
- The €30 entry price sits far above the site median of €5.
- Outside the home country the connection is handed to myt mobile network and in country partner networks, so service quality on a given trip rests with the partner network.
Who it suits
- Travellers who want unlimited data and hotspot sharing rather than watching a capped allowance
- People crossing several borders on one plan, with from 190 countries reachable
- Readers willing to sit above the €5 site median for a carrier network and broad support
Who should look elsewhere
- Price-first buyers should start with eSIMGo.is at $0.99
- Anyone focused on a single market can compare SimToIsrael at $25
- Readers chasing the widest country list should weigh Zwitchy with 200 countries against from 190 here
Coverage and networks
Coverage is where this brand earns its place. The scope is regional and global, and the plans reach from 190 countries, one of the wider footprints in this category. Connections run on the myt mobile network at home and on in-country partner networks abroad, so one plan carries you across borders without swapping SIMs.
Who runs it
The brand is run by Mauritius Telecom Ltd, a carrier headquartered in Mauritius, so the travel plan comes from the company that operates the network it runs on. Support is unusually broad for a carrier, covering email, phone and chat, and it sells as a carrier rather than a resale marketplace.

Frequently asked questions
How much do the travel plans cost?+
Plans start at €30 for a traveller SIM, which puts the entry price well above the site median of €5. On the price-from ranking the brand sits at 305 of 313, so readers shopping mainly on cost will find cheaper picks further up the table.
Is the data allowance unlimited or capped?+
Unlimited data is a listed yes for this brand, and unlimited data, 5g and hotspot sets out the headline features behind the plan, including instant activation and a carrier plan. Hotspot sharing is confirmed as well, so a laptop or tablet can ride the same connection on the move.
How many countries does one plan cover?+
Coverage reaches from 190 countries, well above the site median of 74. The brand is sold on a regional and global scope, so a single trip can move between neighbouring markets and long-haul destinations without a second purchase.
Who runs my.t Travel?+
The service is provided by Mauritius Telecom Ltd, a carrier headquartered in Mauritius. Because the seller type is the carrier itself, the plan is issued by the company that operates the network, which is a different arrangement from a marketplace reselling other networks.
How do I reach support during a trip?+
Support runs on email, phone and chat, which covers the usual traveller needs. A help centre sits alongside email, phone and chat, so a question about installation or a top-up can be raised before or during the trip rather than waiting on a single channel.
Can I add data part way through a journey?+
Top-ups are a yes for this brand, which helps a traveller on a longer journey keep the connection running after the initial purchase. unlimited data, 5g and hotspot also lists instant activation, so a new plan can be in place quickly at the start of a fresh leg rather than later.
Is the entry price worth it against cheaper plans?+
That depends on the trip. Zwitchy covers 200 countries and eSIMGo.is starts at $0.99, both easier on the headline numbers, while SimToIsrael comes in at $25 for a single market. The argument for €30 here is unlimited data on a carrier network.
