How Maya Mobile compares

Frequently asked questions

How much does Maya Mobile cost?+

Plans start at $9.99, and the reference pricing runs across several validity lengths, from a short stay to a month-long one, all with unlimited data. The pass price holds in each covered country, so the total does not shift as the itinerary does.

Is the data really unlimited?+

Unlimited data is included, yes, and unlimited data, 5g and hotspot carries it as a plan feature. The fair use policy sets a daily high speed quota, with the connection holding standard speed once that quota is used and the quota resetting every day.

Can I hotspot and get 5G?+

Hotspot sharing is yes and 5G is available on the networks listed. The fair use policy still applies, with a daily high speed quota and standard speed afterwards, while commercial hotspot use and fixed broadband sit outside it. Support on email, chat and phone can confirm what a plan allows.

How many countries and which networks?+

Coverage spans from 165 countries, above the site median of 74, and the region is listed as global. Networks include T-Mobile, Verizon, EE, O2, Three, Orange, Vodafone, Telcel, AIS, Rakuten, docomo, Türk Telekom, Turkcell, Claro, Ooredoo and Digicel.

Who runs Maya Mobile?+

Maya Mobile is an mvno run by the legal entity Mobile Maya Inc and headquartered in Bahamas. Plans are listed with instant activation, and top-ups are available when a stay needs longer than the validity bought.

How do I get help after buying?+

Support runs on email, chat and phone, so a help centre, email, live chat and phone are all listed. The model is budget, and the help centre is the place to check whether a specific country is covered before buying a longer pass.

Is it easy to judge the value?+

The entry price of $9.99 sits above the site median of €5, and the plan sells on unlimited data rather than a per GB allowance. Readers watching the price per GB will find a flat pass price easier to compare across countries.
