Matrix Cellular review

Plans start at INR 589 for the Europe option, with higher reference starting prices listed for the USA, the UK, Japan and Thailand. The Europe eSIM is the one that pairs that price with unlimited data, so the entry cost buys the allowance rather than a capped bundle.

Unlimited data is listed as a yes on the Europe eSIM, and the same plan carries 5G, hotspot sharing and instant activation. A fair use policy still applies: it bars use that excessively contributes to network congestion or degrades network performance, with suspension for breach.

The Europe eSIM runs on Vodafone, Three and Telenor, so a handset there should land on a major network rather than a single host. Coverage overall is listed at 190 countries, and the service is sold as regional and global plans rather than single country plans.

Top ups are available, and support runs on email, chat and phone, so a question can go to phone, chat, email or the help centre. For a short trip and long trip itinerary, top ups plus instant activation means you can add data during the trip rather than buying a separate plan.

Coverage is listed at 190 countries, sold as regional and global plans. That is wide reach from a single provider, though it sits just under Zwitchy at 200 countries if raw country count settles the choice.

It trades as Matrix Cellular (International) Services Private Limited, founded in 1995 and headquartered in India. It sells to short trip and long trip travellers, and support runs on email, chat and phone for anyone setting up or topping up mid trip.

Not on the starting price. Plans start at INR 589, against $0.99 for eSIMGo.is and $25 for SimToIsrael. Price ranks 168 of 313 here, so the unlimited data and hotspot sharing are the reason to pay more.

Instant activation is one of the listed features, so the plan is set up for travel rather than posting a physical SIM. Support runs on email, chat and phone if an install or activation does not go through, and top ups let you add data without buying again.
