Our verdict
Keepgo suits frequent travellers who want a prepaid profile that holds its data between trips rather than buying a fresh plan for every departure. The draw is coverage across from 150 countries on host networks, plus top-ups that never expire and a hotspot for 15 devices.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Refills never expire, so unused data stays on the profile
- Coverage spans from 150 countries on AT&T, T Mobile and Verizon
- Hotspot sharing and instant activation, with 15 devices on the WiFi hotspot
- Top-ups are supported, so no new purchase is needed mid-trip
Cons
- Entry price of $20 is above the €5 site median
- Unlimited data is not offered, so heavy streaming hits the allowance
- Support runs on email, chat and help centre only, with no phone line in the list
Who it suits
- Longer trips, where refilled data never expires, so repeated trips reuse the same profile
- Multi-country routes, where regional and global packages sit alongside from 150 countries of host coverage
- Group and family travel, where the WiFi hotspot carries 15 devices at once
Who should look elsewhere
- eSIMGo.is, where $0.99 suits travellers who want a small top-up rather than a prepaid balance
- Zwitchy, where coverage of 200 countries is wider for routes that skip regions
- SimToIsrael, where $25 buys a single-market plan rather than a multi-country profile
The company behind it
Keepgo sells as Keepgo Ltd and has traded since 2010, so the brand has a long record in travel data. Support comes through email, chat and help centre, covering email, live chat and a help centre, with no phone line in that list. A single legal entity, Keepgo Ltd, stands behind both the prepaid SIM and the WiFi hotspot package.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Keepgo cost to start?+
Plans start at $20, which sits above the €5 entry price across the site. The larger cost is the data you add later, since the profile starts with a set balance rather than a monthly bill. Top-ups are supported, so you can refill on your own schedule.
Does Keepgo data expire?+
Included data does not expire, and refills never expire either. There is no throttling and no traffic filtering on the profile, so leftover data carries into the next trip. A bill protection cap limits charges if you top up and forget to use it.
How many countries does Keepgo cover?+
Coverage reaches from 150 countries, against a site median of 74. Packages come in regional and global flavours, so a single trip can be handled by one regional profile and a long multi-country route by a global one. Networks named include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Rogers, Bell and Optus.
Is unlimited data available on Keepgo?+
Unlimited data is not offered, so every plan runs on a finite allowance. The included data is a fixed amount that never expires, and refills add more without a cut-off date. The fair use policy rules out throttling and traffic filtering, and bill protection caps charges.
Can I share Keepgo data with other devices?+
Hotspot sharing is supported, and the lifetime WiFi hotspot package connects 15 devices at once. Instant activation is listed among the features, so a profile can be live without waiting on a delivery. Courier delivery to a hotel, office or residence is available, including expedited and priority options.
Who should choose Keepgo?+
Keepgo fits both short and long trips, and suits anyone crossing several countries. The lifetime prepaid profile suits frequent travellers who would rather top up occasionally than buy a new plan each time. Regional and global packages keep the same profile if your route widens.
How do I get help from Keepgo?+
Support runs on email, chat and help centre, so you reach the team by email, chat or the help centre. Courier delivery also covers hotels, offices and residences, with expedited and priority options. Pickup points are not listed, so plan for delivery rather than collection.
