Pros and cons
Pros
- Unlimited data, held to a fair use policy, with local data capped and Asia and international roaming allowances before speeds drop
- Coverage of 210 countries on the Singtel network, with instant activation
- Top-ups available, so data can be added without waiting for a new plan
- Plans for different needs, from unlimited global roaming down to a low-cost student and national service option
Cons
- Entry price of SGD 19.99 ranks poorly, at position 246 of 313 on price from
- Price per GB of $0.61 is better, at position 17 of 115
- Support runs on chat and help centre only, so there is no phone or email route for problems
Who it suits
- Travellers on a long trip who want one plan across 210 countries instead of regional eSIMs
- Data-heavy users who would rather have unlimited data with a fair use cap than buy fixed gigabytes
Who should look elsewhere
- Travellers on a short trip who can cover a region with a cheaper fixed-data eSIM, where SimToIsrael starting at $25 is the simpler pick
- Buyers shopping on the lowest entry price, where eSIMGo.is at $0.99 is hard to beat
- People who want a marketplace eSIM with a wider choice of plans than a single carrier lineup, such as Zwitchy covering 200 countries
Where it sits among rivals
On price from, GOMO by Singtel sits at position 246 of 313, so the entry plan is one of the priciest in the comparison. Price per GB tells a different story: 17 of 115 puts the per gigabyte rate among the stronger ones. Coverage ranks at position 7 of 303, broad without topping the table.

Frequently asked questions
How much does GOMO by Singtel cost?+
Plans start at SGD 19.99 a month, which includes Asia and international roaming allowances. The price per GB works out at $0.61. Cheaper tiers exist for students and national service, and top-ups are available when a trip runs longer than the bundle.
Which countries does GOMO by Singtel cover?+
Coverage runs to 210 countries on the Singtel network, and the region is listed as global. The unlimited global plan reaches destinations including the US, Europe, the UK, Japan, Thailand, Turkey and Mexico, while the Asia plan covers a group of destinations that includes Thailand.
Is the data really unlimited?+
Unlimited data is offered, but it sits under a fair use policy. Local data is unlimited to a set cap, Asia roaming carries its own bundled allowance and international roaming another, after which speeds are throttled to a lower level rather than cut off.
Does GOMO by Singtel support 5G?+
Yes. 5G is listed as available and the plans are named for 5G+, running on the Singtel network. Instant activation is also listed as a feature, so a plan can be active without waiting for a physical SIM.
Who is GOMO by Singtel designed for?+
It is built for both short trips and long trips, and aimed at budget buyers. The unlimited global plan suits a long multi-country trip, while the smaller Asia and international bundles suit a shorter stay or a lighter data user.
How do I get help from GOMO by Singtel?+
Support runs on chat and help centre, meaning live chat and a help centre. There is no phone or email channel listed, so time-sensitive problems are handled in chat. Top-ups are offered, which lets a traveller add data mid-trip without setting up a new plan.
Is GOMO by Singtel a marketplace or a carrier plan?+
It is a carrier plan sold by Singtel rather than a travel eSIM marketplace. That means a fixed lineup of tiers rather than many sellers, with the same network used across the covered destinations. Coverage ranks at position 7 of 303 on countries covered.
