Pros and cons
Pros
- One reference pack covers the USA, Europe, the UK, Japan, Thailand and Turkey instead of a separate eSIM per region.
- Unlimited data comes with top-ups and hotspot sharing, and the plans sit at the budget end of the market.
- Service runs on Vodafone 5G/4G (TPG Telecom), so roaming and everyday use share one host network.
Cons
- Coverage of 46 countries is modest next to the field, and the priced pack lists the USA, Europe, the UK, Japan, Thailand and Turkey by name.
- The fair use policy speed-caps unlimited plans and holds them to mobile use, so they are weak for constant video.
- Support runs on chat and help centre only.
Who it suits
- Travelers whose route touches the USA, Europe, the UK, Japan, Thailand or Turkey and want one pack.
- Short trips and longer stays that want unlimited data, top-ups and hotspot sharing on one account.
- Buyers who prefer paying more at entry than a high per GB rate over a long trip.
Who should look elsewhere
- Trip planners chasing the widest reach, since zwitchy covers 200 countries against 46.
- Price-first shoppers after a lower entry point, since esimgo-is lists prices from $0.99.
How it compares on our data

The company behind it

Frequently asked questions
What does Felix Mobile cost?+
Fees run AUD 30 and $5 per GB. One reference pack bundles data, minutes and texts under a single validity window and includes the USA, with Europe, the UK, Japan, Thailand and Turkey covered by that same pack.
Is the data really unlimited?+
Unlimited data is offered, and the fair use policy governs it: those plans are speed-capped, held to mobile use and kept away from home internet traffic. It appears on unlimited data, 5g and hotspot beside hotspot sharing and a carrier plan.
How many countries does Felix Mobile cover?+
Coverage runs to 46 countries, and the reference pack names the USA, Europe, the UK, Japan, Thailand and Turkey. Ranking on reach is 183 of 303 brands compared, so broad itineraries suit a wider plan.
What is in the roaming pack and how long does it last?+
One reference pack bundles a data allowance, minutes and texts under a single validity window, with the USA, Europe, the UK, Japan, Thailand and Turkey all from that pack. Plans are pitched at short trip and long trip travelers, so short breaks and longer stays both fit.
Can I share data with a laptop or tablet?+
Hotspot sharing is supported, and unlimited data, 5g and hotspot lists it alongside unlimited data and a carrier plan. It runs on Vodafone 5G/4G (TPG Telecom), so tethering draws on the same network, and the fair use policy speed-caps unlimited plans on mobile use.
How do I get help?+
Support runs on chat and help centre, so live chat and a self-serve help center are the routes. The help center carries the roaming, network and hotspot questions that come up most, which is where to start when a connection behaves oddly on arrival.
Can I add data while I am traveling?+
Top-ups are available on roaming plans that start at AUD 30. Unlimited data is the alternative, and the fair use policy applies there: speed-capped and held to mobile use. A top-up keeps the rest of the journey on the same pack.
