Frequently asked questions
Where does Everlink work?+

Unlimited data is not available on Everlink plans. Every package runs on a set data allowance, and unlimited data is offered by about 57.2% of the brands on the site.

Which network does Everlink use?+
Everlink runs on Dhiraagu and Ooredoo. The company operates from the Maldives under Everlink Pvt Ltd, and the plan follows a carrier model rather than a pure marketplace model.
How is the eSIM set up?+

What support can I get?+
Support runs through email, chat and phone. That mix of email, chat, phone and a help centre covers most ways a traveller might ask for help during a trip.
Is Everlink right for a long trip?+
Everlink suits short trips and long stays alike within the Maldives, with plans listed for both audiences. For travel across many countries, Zwitchy covers 200 countries instead.
