Our verdict
Eswatini Mobile works for a border run across southern Africa, covering 2 countries on a direct carrier bundle with unlimited data. Travelers crossing into neighboring markets get a simple local plan, while anyone planning a wider multi-country trip should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Unlimited data, 5G and top-ups all sit in the same carrier bundle.
- Bundles start at SZL 25, well below SimToIsrael's $25.
- Roaming runs on Vodafone, SFR and Proximus.
Cons
- Coverage is limited to 2 countries, a narrow footprint for anyone crossing more than a short hop.
- Reach is regional, so destinations outside the neighboring markets fall outside the bundle.
Who it suits
- Border runs between neighboring regional markets, where the carrier bundle covers the route and Zwitchy's far wider country list is more than the itinerary needs.
- Travelers who would rather pay a carrier directly and top up, rather than buy a prepaid data plan from eSIMGo.is at $0.99.
Who should look elsewhere
- Long-haul travelers who need a continent-spanning plan, since Zwitchy covers 200 countries against 2 here.
- Shoppers comparing purely on the starting price, since eSIMGo.is lists $0.99 in a different currency from the SZL 25 entry price here.
Coverage and networks
Roaming is a regional arrangement rather than a worldwide map, with coverage across 2 countries. The partner networks are Vodafone, SFR and Proximus, and 5G is available, so a traveler moving between neighboring markets lands on established operators instead of a home-only network.
Who runs it
Eswatini Mobile is the carrier itself, based in Eswatini, so the network, the bundles and the bill all come from the same operator. Support runs on email and phone, which means travelers sorting roaming data speak to the operator that runs the network rather than a reseller. For a traveler, that keeps the chain short: the company selling the bundle is the company running the network.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a bundle cost from?+
Bundles start at SZL 25, the entry price for the carrier's own data bundles. That figure is a starting point rather than the full range, so travelers should read it as the cheapest way in before adding roaming to the bundle.
Which countries does it cover?+
Coverage runs to 2 countries, and the reach is regional rather than global. That makes it a fit for a border run between neighboring markets, not for an itinerary that crosses several continents. Wider eSIMs cover far more ground for that kind of trip.
Which networks does roaming use?+
Roaming is delivered through Vodafone, SFR and Proximus, so travelers can expect to attach to those partners outside the home market. The list mixes operators from different countries, which suits a regional bundle better than a home-market-only plan.
Is the data unlimited?+
Unlimited data is offered, and it appears in the feature list at unlimited data, 5g and carrier plan next to 5G and a carrier plan. On a short regional trip that removes the need to count gigabytes, though the allowance still depends on the bundle chosen.
Can I top up while I am abroad?+
Top-ups are supported, so an existing bundle can be extended rather than replaced. Support runs on email and phone, which means a traveler can confirm what a given bundle includes and add data without leaving the carrier's own service.
Is 5G available?+
5G is available, and it is listed in the feature list at unlimited data, 5g and carrier plan together with unlimited data. Because the plan is a regional one built on Vodafone, SFR and Proximus, a visitor should expect the connection to be handled by whichever partner serves the location.
Who runs the service and how do I get help?+
Eswatini Mobile is a carrier based in Eswatini, so the network and the bundles come from the same operator. Support runs on email and phone, and anyone dealing with roaming data reaches the company that runs the network.
How does it compare with a global eSIM?+
A global plan like Zwitchy covers 200 countries, so it suits multi-country itineraries where this regional bundle runs out of reach. If the trip stays inside neighboring markets, the shorter coverage list is an advantage rather than a limit.
