ESIMJAPAN.com review

ESIMJAPAN.com sells tourist eSIMs for Japan with fast 4G LTE and 5G data access. The range includes unlimited data choices and fixed data choices for different travel styles. Activation uses a QR code sent by email for connection within minutes.

The Japan eSIM works across Japan with 4G LTE and 5G access in cities and travel destinations. Performance is tested across Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, including crowded districts such as Shinjuku and Shibuya. The brand also lists Asia and global plans for wider trips.

The range includes unlimited data choices and fixed data choices for travelers to Japan. Unlimited choices support continuous use of maps, messaging apps and ride services. Fixed choices provide set data amounts that travelers select around planned use.

The eSIM handles mobile data in Japan while a home number stays active for calls and SMS. Hotspot sharing across devices is supported without throttling of shared use. No app download is required because activation works through QR code scanning.

Coverage is aimed at travellers visiting Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, and busy districts such as Shinjuku and Shibuya fall within that focus. The plan works with 4G LTE and 5G across Japan. Steady speeds in crowded areas are a central point of the service.

Hotspot sharing is part of the setup, so one connection can serve several devices at once. A traveller can share data from a phone with a laptop or tablet. Calls and messages keep arriving on the home number while data runs through the eSIM.

The home number stays in use for calls and text messages, while the eSIM handles mobile data in Japan. That split lets a traveller keep existing contacts reachable without changing the main line. Maps and messaging run over the data connection.
