Frequently asked questions
How much does CBB Mobil DK cost?+
Plans start at DKK 179. The CBB World subscription at that price bundles data for Europe and the listed long haul destinations, and EU subscriptions cover EU destinations with a smaller EU data allowance.
How many countries does the plan cover?+
The plan reaches 47 destinations, spanning most of Europe plus Turkey, Albania, the USA, Canada and Thailand. That is a regional reach, so trips to other continents need a different plan.
Is the data really unlimited?+
Unlimited data is listed as one of the plan features, but a fair use policy applies abroad. You are messaged as you approach the abroad data limit and can buy extra data through top-ups.
Is this an eSIM or a carrier subscription?+
It is a carrier plan from a Danish operator, not a travel eSIM bought for one trip. That suits a long trip where you want a normal mobile subscription while you are away.
Can I add more data while I am abroad?+
Yes, top-ups are available and the fair use policy points to buying extra data when you near the limit. Support runs on phone and help centre if you need help arranging more.
Does the network support 5G?+
Yes, 5G is part of what the plan offers. That matters if you need fast data in the European destinations covered by the subscription.
Who does this plan suit?+
It suits long trips where one subscription covers a stay across many destinations, especially Europe plus Turkey, Albania, the USA, Canada or Thailand. Short single destination trips may suit a cheaper eSIM such as SimToIsrael at $25.
How does it compare with a global eSIM on price?+
Entry price here is DKK 179, while eSIMGo.is starts at $0.99. The trade-off is coverage breadth: 47 destinations against the 200 countries Zwitchy reaches.
