    Pros

    • The Romanian-language page lists intensive sailing-practice courses called HOP and HOPA for minimum-experience and advanced levels.
    • It also lists a tidal-water practice module called HOT.

    Cons

    • Practical training happens aboard a sailing boat, so learners need time available for multi day courses
    • Most offers centre on sailing, so people looking for other water sports will find less choice

  3. Sail Armada8. Sail Armada: best for Sail Armada

Sail Armada offers yacht charters and skippered sailing holidays, either as a private trip or as a group flotilla week. Its sailing tours cover Greece, Italy, Croatia, Turkey, Sardinia and French Polynesia, and its charter site lists yachts for hire around the world.

    • Products: Boat-rental

    Pros

    • The page offers flotilla and private sailing, with options to book a spot, double cabin or full yacht.
    • Private trips can be planned around a chosen date, destination and yacht for the group.

    Cons

    • Coverage centers on sailing holidays in three countries only
    • Group sailings run to set start dates, which leaves less room for last minute changes
